Both the client and designer agree to maintain a professional and respectful relationship. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or offensive language will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the project without refund or further obligations.
The client agrees to pay the full amount upfront before any work begins. Accepted payment methods include CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, and Bitcoin.
Partial payments or payment plans are only allowed if specifically discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the project.
If the client fails to provide payment within the agreed timeline, the project may be delayed or canceled. The designer reserves the right to take further action if necessary.
The project includes 2-3 free revisions, depending on the complexity of the design. These revisions are intended for minor adjustments or corrections.
Additional revisions beyond the free limit will incur an extra fee, agreed upon between the client and designer before further work is done. Major changes, such as altering the entire concept or requesting a new direction after initial approval, will also incur additional costs.
The designer agrees to deliver the final product by the agreed-upon deadline. However, delays caused by late responses or unclear instructions from the client may affect delivery time.
The final project will be delivered in the agreed formats (e.g., .mp4, .png, .mov, etc.). Clients should communicate their preferred format(s) before the project begins. If faster delivery (rush order) is required, additional fees may apply.
Once the project is completed and delivered as per the client's requests and revisions, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued unless the designer fails to deliver the agreed work or breaches the terms of this agreement.
If the client cancels the project after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress made, but the designer reserves the right to retain payment for work completed up to that point.
The designer retains ownership of the design until full payment is made. Once payment is complete, the client will be granted usage rights for the project as specified (personal or commercial use).
The client is prohibited from using, editing, or distributing any drafts, concepts, or final designs until payment is finalized. Unauthorized use will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action.
If the client is dissatisfied with the final work after the allotted revisions, they may request further review or revision at an additional cost. The designer is not obligated to continue revising the work beyond what was agreed upon unless additional payments are made. The project cannot be rejected or canceled due to a change of mind about the initial concept.
Constructive feedback is encouraged and should be provided in a timely manner. Clear and respectful communication regarding revisions or adjustments is expected from both parties.
All project communication should take place on the agreed platforms (Discord, email, etc.), ensuring alignment throughout the process.
The client's project details, communication, and personal information will be kept confidential. The client agrees not to share or use early drafts, concepts, or designs without consent. The designer may use the final project for portfolio or promotional purposes unless explicitly instructed otherwise by the client.
This agreement may be terminated by either party if the other fails to meet the terms outlined here. If the designer terminates the agreement due to a breach of the rules by the client (e.g., non-payment, harassment), no refunds will be given, and the designer will retain all rights to the work.
By signing this agreement, both the client and designer agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above.
